摘 要:目的评价新冠肺炎疫情期间某企业新建或改扩建疫情物资生产项目职业病危害防控情况。方法调查职业卫生管理情况,对企业存在的粉尘、毒物、物理因素进行检测,评价职业病危害控制效果。结果该项目粉尘、氯、噪声检测结果存在超标情况;其中粉尘C_(TWA)为1.9~14.7 mg/m^(3),氯CME为<0.2~1.8 mg/m^(3),噪声LEX.W为78.9~89.5 d B(A),氧化钙、氢氧化钠、硫酸及三氧化硫检测结果均符合限值要求。结论企业积极投产疫情防控用物资属于国家鼓励项目,但该项目属于职业病危害严重项目,需做好职业卫生防护措施和管理措施。Objective During the pneumonia epidemic in COVID-19,some enterprises built or expanded epidemic mate-rials production projects,and the prevention and control of occupational hazards could not be relaxed.Methods Investigate occupational health management,detect dust,poison and physical factors existing in enterprises,and evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards.Results Some of the test results of dust,chlorine and noise exceeded the standard;dust C_(TWA) was 1.9-14.7 mg/m^(3),chlorine CME was<0.2-1.8 mg/m^(3),noise LEX.W was 78.9-89.5 d B(A),and the test re-sults of calcium oxide,sodium hydroxide,sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide all met the limit requirements.Conclusion The active production of materials for epidemic prevention and control by enterprises is a project encouraged by the state,but this project is a project with serious occupational hazards,so good occupational health protection measures and management measures should be done.
