摘  要:利用2009—2018年中国280个地级市的面板数据,采用双重差分模型、核密度函数和中介效应模型等研究方法,实证分析了新型城镇化政策对城市土地绿色利用效率的政策效应、空间分异和作用路径。研究结果显示:新型城镇化政策的实施能够有效提高城市土地绿色利用效率,但是其政策效果存在明显的异质性,东南沿海地区和东北地区的政策效果更加显著,新型城镇化政策可通过优化产业结构和提高就业率来提升城市土地绿色利用效率。在我国新发展阶段,应因地制宜推动新型城镇化高质量发展进程,在注重顶层设计的同时,考虑各区域经济社会发展基础和资源要素禀赋,制定具体的发展规划实施方案,从而有效提高城市土地绿色利用效率。Using panel data from 2009 to 2018 in 280 prefecture-level cities in China,the policy effects,spatial differentiation and role paths of the new urbanization pilot on the green use efficiency of urban land were empirically analyzed by using research methods such as double difference model,kernel density function and mediation effect model.The results of the study show that the implementation of the new urbanization policy can effectively improve the efficiency of green use of urban land,but there is obvious heterogeneity in its policy effect:the policy effect in the southeast coastal area and the northeast region is more significant;the new urbanization policy can improve the green use efficiency of urban land by optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure and improving the employment rate.In China’s new development stage,we should promote the high-quality development process of new urbanization according to local conditions,and at the same time of unified planning top-level design,consider the economic and social development foundation and resource element endowments of various regions,and specifically formulate development planning implementation plans,so as to effectively improve the efficiency of green use of urban land.
