摘 要:探讨关节微创技术治疗膝骨关节骨创伤中的效果.方法:选取本院2019年6月-2020年6月收治的180例膝骨关节骨创伤患者,随机数字表法将其分为2组.对照组采用常规切口手术固定复位治疗膝骨关节创伤,观察组给予微创技术治疗膝骨关节创伤.比较2组治疗效果、膝关节活动度变化情况、关节功能、生活能力评分、炎症因子水平、VAS评分及应激反应水平.结果:治疗效果方面,观察组患者膝关节功能Harris评分优良率高于对照组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的膝关节屈曲、外展、内收、外旋以及内旋等方面的活动度显著高于对照组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的WOMAC评分低于对照组(P<0.05),barthel评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的IL-1、TNF-α、IL-6各炎症因子水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者经过治疗后6小时、12小时、24小时的VAS评分均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);经过治疗后观察组心率、收缩压及舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在膝骨关节骨创伤的治疗中,选用关节微创技术有助于提升治疗效果,促进患者恢复,改善患者膝关节正常功能,对于膝骨关节创伤有积极意义,提高关节功能,提高生活能力,改善炎症因子水平,缓解患者疼痛程度,减少应激反应,稳定生命体征,值得临床推广.To investigate the effect of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of knee joint bone trauma.Methods:A total of 180 patients with knee and joint bone trauma admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with conventional incision fixation and reduction for knee osteoarticular trauma,while the research group was treated with minimally invasive technique for knee osteoarticular trauma.The therapeutic effect and range of motion of knee joint were compared between the two groups.Joint function,living ability score,inflammatory factor level and safety.Results:In terms of treatment effect,the excellent and good rate of Harris score of knee joint function in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The activity of knee flexion,abduction,adduction,external rotation and internal rotation in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC score was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the Barthel score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1,TNF-α and IL-6 inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).VAS scores of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 6h,12h and 24h after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of knee osteoarticular trauma,minimally invasive technique is helpful to improve the treatment effect,promote the recovery of patients,and improve the normal function of patients'knee joint.Improve joint function,improve living ability,improve inflammatory factor level,relieve patients'pain degree,reduce stress response,stabilize vital
