小儿肱骨髁上及前臂骨折闭合复位固定保护架的应用

摘　　要：探讨小儿固定保护架在小儿肱骨髁上及前臂骨折闭合复位固定中的应用效果. 方法:自2019年11月-2020年11月我们收治了26例肱骨髁上骨折需闭合复位固定的患儿,对固定保护架进行了使用,并记录使用后的效果对其进一步分析.结果:26例患儿使用小儿固定保护架后,最大限度解决了小儿肱骨髁上及前臂骨折固定的安全隐患以及减轻了手术室护士及外科医生的工作量.结论:在小儿肱骨髁上及前臂骨折闭合复位固定中采用小儿固定保护架可获得满意的效果,不仅可以解决安全隐患,而且制作与使用方法简单,经济实用,值得在临床推广应用.To investigate the effect of closed reduction and protective fixator for humeral supracondylar and forearm fractures.Methods:From March 2020 to April 2022,26 cases of supracondylar fractures of children were treated with closed reduction and protective fixator for analysis.Results:26 cases of supracondylar fractures of children were treated with closed reduction and protective fixator,which would avoid safety hazards and reduce the workload of nurses in operating room and sergeons.Conclusion:The application of closed reduction and protective fixator for humeral supracondylar and forearm fractures in children is satisfying and avoiding safety hazards.The closed reduction and protective fixator is economical,practical and not complicated,which is worth promoting clinically.
