摘  要:1,1,1,3,3-五氯-4,4,4-三氟丁烷是合成环境友好型发泡剂顺式-1,1,4,4,4-六氟-2-丁烯的重要中间体。以铁粉为催化剂前体,亚磷酸三乙酯为助催化剂,研究了四氯化碳与2-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯调聚合成1,1,1,3,3-五氯-4,4,4-三氟丁烷的反应动力学。考察搅拌速率、催化剂用量、物料摩尔比和反应温度对反应的影响。结果表明:各因素对反应速率的影响程度顺序为反应温度>催化剂用量>搅拌速率>物料摩尔比,在四氯化碳与2-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯摩尔比5—9∶1,反应温度353—388 K下,该反应为一级反应,反应的表观活化能为62.54 kJ/mol,并得到动力学方程。1,1,1,3,3-pentachloro-3,3,3-trifluorobutane is an important intermediate in the synthesis of environment-friendly foaming agent cis-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluoro-2-butene.The telomerization reaction kinetics of synthesis of 1,1,1,3,3-pentachloro-3,3,3-trifluorobutane promoted with iron powder as catalyst precursor and triethyl phosphite as co-catalyst was studied.The effects of stirring rate,dosage of catalyst,molar ratio and reaction temperature on the reaction were investigated.The results show that the order of the influence of various factors on the reaction rate is reaction temperature>catalyst dosage>stirring rate>molar ratio of materials.It was found that the telomerization reaction was of first order when the molar ratio of carbon tetrachloride to HCFO-1233xf is 5-9∶1 and the reaction temperature is 353-388 K.The activation energy was 62.54 kJ/mol and the dynamic equation is obtained.
