摘　　要：农村基层党组织是推进乡村振兴战略、促进农村发展的重要领导力量。乡村振兴背景下,农村基层党组织建设尚存在组织凝聚力不足,战斗力不够强;党员干部和党员队伍素质偏低,先锋模范作用发挥不够;农村基层党建引领不强,党建与村务融合发展还不深等突出问题。建强农村基层党组织在农村的领导核心地位,提升战斗力;打造乡村振兴的农村基层党组织人才队伍,发挥先锋模范作用;破解“两张皮”现象,扎实推进党建和村务深度融合发展。Rural grassroots Party organizations are important leading forces to promote rural revitalization strategy and rural development.Under the background of rural revitalization,some outstanding Problems are still existing in the construction of rural grassroots Party organizations,such as lack of organizational cohesion and insufficient combat effectiveness,low quality of Party members and cadres with unsound of vanguard role,inadequate Party building guidance with insufficient integration of Party building and village affairs.To strengthen rural grassroots Party organizations it is necessary to enhance their leading core position in rural areas and enhance their combat effectiveness,to build talent team and play a vanguard role,to eliminate the formalism phenomenon and promote the in-depth integration of Party building and village affairs.
