摘 要:研究乌梅水提物与抗菌药联合用药对猪源多重耐药大肠杆菌临床分离株的体外抑制效果,为养殖业的临床用药提供参考。本试验采用微量肉汤二倍稀释法测定乌梅水提物和5种抗菌药、鸡胆汁单独使用时对该大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);采用微量棋盘法,测定乌梅水提物与5种抗菌药、鸡胆汁联合使用时对该大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和部分抑菌浓度(FIC)指数。结果显示,乌梅、痢菌净、恩诺沙星、硫酸庆大霉素对受试大肠杆菌的MIC值分别为9375μg/mL、1.25μg/mL、1.5625μg/mL、10μg/mL,可用于该发病猪场大肠杆菌腹泻的治疗。棋盘法联合抑菌试验结果表明,乌梅水提物与抗菌药物联用有选择性的增强作用,与硫酸庆大霉素、硫酸小檗碱、恩诺沙星联合应用时呈拮抗作用,与痢菌净、甲氧苄啶(TMP)、鸡胆汁联合应用时呈现相加作用。To study the vitro inhibitory effect of Prunus Mume Sieb et Zucc aqueous extract combined with antimicrobial agents on clinical isolates of multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli from pigs,and to provide reference for clinical medication in cultivation industry.In the experiment,the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Prunus mume(Sieb.)Sieb.et Zucc.aqueous extract,five antimicrobial agents and chicken bile against E.coli was determined by double dilution of micro broth.Micro checkerboard method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and fractional inhibitory concentration index(FIC)of Prunus Mume(Sieb.)Sieb.et Zucc.aqueous extract combined with five antimicrobial agents and chicken bile against E.coli.The results showed that the MIC values of Prunus Mume Sieb et Zucc,mequindox,enrofloxacin and gentamicin sulfate against E.coli were 9375μg/mL,1.25μg/mL,1.5625μg/mL and 10μg/mL,respectively,which could be used for the treatment of E.coli diarrhea in the source field of isolates.The results of checkerboard method combined with antibacterial experiment showed that Prunus Mume(Sieb.)Sieb.et Zucc.aqueous extract had selective enhancement effect in combination with antibacterial agents.It had antagonistic effect in combination with gentamicin sulfate,berberine sulfate and enrofloxacin,additive effect in combination with mequindox,trimethoprim and combined application with chicken bile.
