摘　　要：针对原有皮带机张紧轮组系统存在的强度不足、抗污染性差、难以应付重载启动等问题,给出了一种全新的双槽高密封性张紧轮组设计方案,并通过钢丝绳连接方式的改变、张紧车轮及轨道的改进,实现了新系统的零故障率可靠运行。The tension pulley block system of the original belt machine has some problems,such as insufficient strength,poor pollution resistance,and difficult to cope with heavy load starting.In view of these problems,a new design scheme of double groove high sealing tension wheel set is given.And through the change of wire rope connection mode and the improvement of tensioning wheel and track,the reliable operation of the new system with zero failure rate is realized.
