摘 要:该文依据信息价值链理论,从信息价值影响EPC项目价值的角度出发,构建EPC项目传统信息价值链模型,分析该模型无法完全实现价值增值的原因,再基于BIM技术提高信息共享效率的特点对模型进行优化重构,建立基于BIM的EPC项目信息价值链模型,并对优化模型的增值路径和增值效果进行定性分析,实现EPC项目的价值增值。Based on the theory of information value chain,this paper constructed the traditional information value chain model of EPC projects from the perspective that information value affected the value of EPC projects,analyzed the reasons why the model couldn’t fully realize the added value,and then optimized and reconstructed the model based on the characteristics of BIM technology to improve the efficiency of information sharing,established the information value chain model of EPC projects based on BIM,and made qualitative analysis on the value-added path and value-added effect of the optimized model,so as to realize the value-added of EPC projects.
