摘　　要：基坑开挖是一个土体不断卸载的过程,因此在基坑开挖施工过程中会对周边环境产生一定影响。论文主要从基坑周边地表、周围建筑物、邻近地铁隧道、地下管线4个方面进行了综述,分析了开挖施工过程中基坑周边地表、建筑物、地铁隧道、地下管线的沉降及变形规律,指出了当前研究存在的部分问题,并提出了相关建议及有待进一步完善的内容。Excavation of the foundation pit was a process of continuous unloading of soil,so it will have a certain impact on the surrounding environment during the excavation and construction of the foundation pit.This paper mainly reviewed the surface,surrounding buildings,adjacent subway tunnels and underground pipelines around the foundation pit,analyzed the settlement and deformation laws of the surface,buildings,subway tunnels and underground pipelines around the foundation pit during the excavation and construction process,pointed out some problems in the current research,and put forward relevant suggestions and contents to be further improved.
