摘　　要：光伏玻璃行业由于基础设施自动化程度不高,管理模式相对传统,普遍存在仓库作业能力低效、存货信息传递滞后、生产过程管控精度不够等问题。产品全生命周期管理系统可有效提高公司物料管理能力,利用二维码技术在生产重要环节的应用可实现物料管理的信息化、智能化,减少企业运行成本,提高企业竞争力。Due to the low level of automation in photovoltaic glass industry and the relatively traditional management model,there are generally problems such as inefficient warehouse operations,delayed transmission of inventory information and lack of precision in the control of production process.The product lifecycle management system can effectively improve the company’s material management capability,and the application of QR code technology in key links of production can achieve informatization and intelligence of material management,reduce enterprise operating costs and improve enterprise competitiveness.
