摘　　要：根据项目工作实例,对利用少量水准点基于EGM2008重力场模型GNSS高程转换进行了研究,通过采用常数模型、平面模型、曲面模型实现大地高到正常高的转换,分析了不同模型的转换精度,选择了最佳转换方案,转换后的高程中误差满足山区像控点测量和地形图测量的精度要求。通过项目实践总结了一套基于EGM2008重力场模型GNSS高程转换的作业流程,并在同类型的高速公路项目中得以推广应用,以期为已知水准点少,高程测量困难的其他工程项目进行高程转换提供参考。According to the working example of project,we studied the GNSS elevation conversion based on EGM2008 gravity field model us-ing a small number of benchmarks,used constant model,plane model and surface model to realize the conversion from geodetic height to normal height,analyzed the conversion accuracy of different models,and selected the optimal conversion scheme.The converted elevation median error met the precision requirements of mountain image control point measurement and topographic map measurement.Through the project practice,we summarized a set of operation process of GNSS elevation conversion based on EGM2008 gravity field model,and popularized and applied it in the same type of expressway projects,in order to provide reference for other engineering projects with few known benchmarks and difficult el-evation measurement.
