摘  要:胡椒碱(PIP)是一种生物碱,存在于多种胡椒属植物中,因其具有促进其他生物分子利用率、调节氧化应激、改善糖脂代谢、调节免疫、抗菌消炎等多种生物学功能而引起了国内外的广泛关注。本文总结了PIP目前研究中发现的一些生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展,旨在为进一步将PIP应用于新型饲料添加剂开发,最终为畜禽优质健康养殖服务提供参考。Piperine,a kind of alkaloid,is found in several plants of Piper L..It has attracted extensive attention of scientists worldwide due to its biological functions,including enhancing utilization of other biomolecules,regulating oxidative stress,ameliorating glucose and lipid metabolism,regulating immunity as well as anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory functions.Here in this paper,we review some biological functions of piperine in recent studies and its application progress on livestock and poultry,to provide theoretical basis for its further development as a novel feed additive and high-quality and healthy breeding service of livestock and poultry.
