摘  要:N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)存在于青葱、大蒜、韭菜、洋葱等葱属植物中,是半胱氨酸的乙酰化前体,可参与机体内谷胱甘肽的合成,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌以及调节脂肪代谢等作用。近年研究发现,NAC在维护畜禽肠道健康、缓解机体氧化应激、提高畜禽繁殖性能等方面具有潜在作用。本文综述了NAC的主要生理功能及其作用机制,并探讨了NAC作为畜禽饲料添加剂的可行性,旨在为NAC作为新型饲料添加剂提供参考。N-acetylcysteine(NAC)is found in green onions,garlic,leeks,onions,and other onion plants,and is an acetylated precursor of cysteine,which can participate in the synthesis of glutathione in the body and has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and fat metabolism regulation effects.Recent studies have found that NAC has potential roles in maintaining the intestinal health of livestock and poultry,alleviating oxidative stress in the body,and improving reproductive performance of livestock and poultry.This paper reviews the main physiological functions of NAC and its mechanism of action,and discusses the feasibility of NAC as a feed additive for livestock and poultry,aiming to provide a reference for NAC as a novel feed additive.
