摘  要:本试验旨在研究生化黄腐酸(BFA)对仙居鸡生产性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标、肠道消化酶活性以及盲肠微生物菌群和代谢组的影响。试验采用单因素试验设计,选用524日龄的健康仙居鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加500、1000和1500 mg/kg BFA。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1500 mg/kg BFA对平均日增重和料重比有一定的改善效果(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加500、1000和1500 mg/kg BFA能显著降低血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加500、1000和1500 mg/kg BFA可显著提高空肠糜蛋白酶活性和回肠胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),饲粮中添加1000 mg/kg BFA可显著提高回肠糜蛋白酶活性(P<0.05),饲粮中添加500 mg/kg BFA可显著提高回肠淀粉酶活性(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1500 mg/kg BFA可提高盲肠罕见小球菌属(Subdoligranulum)、Catenibacillus、蛋白胨链球菌科未知属(g_norank_f_Peptococcaceae)和毛螺菌科-UGG-002(Lachnospiraceae_UCG-002)的相对丰度,提高盲肠脂酰乙醇胺PE[14∶1(9Z)/16∶1(9Z)]、硫代硫酸盐和咖啡因水平。综上所述,饲粮中添加BFA可以改善仙居鸡的生产性能,降低血清TNF-α含量,增强肠道消化酶活性,且以添加1500 mg/kg的BFA效果较佳,其促生长和抗炎作用可能与短链脂肪酸产生有关的罕见小球菌属、Catenibacillus和毛螺菌科-UGG-002的相对丰度增加有关。The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of biochemical fulvic acid(BFA)on performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indexes,intestinal enzyme activities and cecal microbiota and metabolome of Xianju chickens.A single factor experimental design was adopted in this experiment,and a total of 240 healthy 524-day-old Xianju chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 birds per replicate.Chickens in the control group was fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented 500,1000 and 1500 mg/kg BFA,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,dietary1500 mg/kg BFA had certain improvement effects on the average daily gain and gain to feed ratio(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary 500,1000 and 1500 mg/kg BFA significantly decreased the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,dietary 500,1000 and 1500 mg/kg BFA significantly increased the jejunal chymotrypsin activity and ileal trypsin activity(P<0.05),dietary 1000 mg/kg BFA significantly increased the ileal chymotrypsin activity(P<0.05),and dietary 500 mg/kg BFA significantly increased the ileal amylase activity(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,dietary 1500 mg/kg BFA increased the relative abundances of Subdoligranulum,Catenibacillus,g_norank_f_Peptococcaceae,Lachnospiraceae_UCG-002 in cecum,and increased the levels of PE[14∶1(9Z)/16∶1(9Z)],thiosulfate and caffeine in cecum.In conclusion,dietary BFA can improve the performance,decrease the serum TNF-αcontent,enhance the intestinal digestive enzyme activity of Xianju chickens,its growth-enhancing and anti-inflammatory effects may relate to the increasing relative abundances of shortchain fatty acid producing genera Subdoligranulum,Catenibacillus and Lachnospiraceae_UCG-002.
