摘  要:本试验旨在探究饲粮添加不同比例饲用小黑麦青贮对湖羊血浆指标、瘤胃形态及发酵参数的影响。试验选取60只体重[(20.37±1.93) kg]相近的3月龄湖羊公羔,随机分为4组,每组15只羊,每只羊单栏饲养。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别用10%(T1组)、20%(T2组)和30%(T3组)的饲用小黑麦青贮替换部分粗饲料(玉米青贮和花生秧)。4组饲粮等能等氮,精粗比为70∶30。试验预试期14 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:1) T2组湖羊血浆β-羟丁酸(BHBA)含量显著高于对照组与T1组(P<0.05),T3组血浆BHBA含量显著高于T1组(P<0.05);T2组和T3组血浆总蛋白含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);各试验组血浆肌酐含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。2)T2组湖羊血浆瘦素和脂联素含量显著高于T1组(P<0.05)。3)各组湖羊瘤胃乳头长度、乳头宽度、肌层厚度、黏膜层厚度和固有层厚度之间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)T3组湖羊瘤胃pH显著高于对照组和T1组(P<0.05);T3组瘤胃丙酸含量显著低于T1组(P<0.05),乙丙比值显著高于T1组(P<0.05);试验组瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸、氨态氮和微生物蛋白含量与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在育肥湖羊羔羊饲粮中添加饲用小黑麦青贮对其血浆指标以及瘤胃形态无不良影响,其中10%添加比例能改善湖羊瘤胃发酵性能,建议在肉羊生产上饲用小黑麦青贮指导添加比例为10%。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different supplemental proportions of forage triticale silage on plasma indices,rumen morphology and fermentation parameters of Hu sheep.Sixty 3-month-old male Hu lambs with similar body weight of(20.37±1.93)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 15 lambs in each group,and each sheep was raised in a single pen.Sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10%(T1 group),20%(T2 group)and 30%(T3 group)forage triticale silage instead of some roughages(corn silage and peanut seedling),respectively.The 4 diets were with iso-energy and iso-nitrogen,and the concentrate to forage ratio was 70∶30.The pre-experiment lasted for 14 days,and the trial lasted for 90 days.The results showed as follows:1)the plasmaβ-hydroxybutyric acid(BHBA)content of Hu sheep in T2 group was significantly higher than that in the control group and T1 group(P<0.05),and the plasma BHBA content in T3 group was significantly higher than that in T1 group(P<0.05);the plasma total protein content in T2 and T3 groups was extremely significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);and the plasma creatinine content in experimental groups was extremely significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).2)The plasma contents of leptin and adiponectin of Hu sheep in T2 group were significantly higher than those in T1 group(P<0.05).3)There were no significant differences in rumen papilla length,papilla width,muscle layer thickness,mucosa thickness and inherent layer thickness among all groups(P>0.05).4)The rumen pH of Hu sheep in T3 group was significantly higher than that in the control group and T1 group(P<0.05);the rumen propionic acid content in T3 group was significantly lower than that in T1 group(P<0.05),and the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid in T3 group was significantly higher than that in T1 group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the contents of volatile fatty
