摘 要:传统配电网的保护方式通常采用电流三段式保护,按照“事先整定,定期调整”的方式进行定值设置,但随着配电网结构日益复杂,其拓扑结构、运行方式、故障类型等因素经常变化,对继电保护方式也提出了新要求。针对配电网传统电流速断保护的不足,分析故障附加状态电路,在线计算系统等效阻抗和系统等效电势,并引入定时限过电流保护和变压器后段线路故障、TV断线保护判据组成带方向闭锁的自适应式电流速断综合继电保护方案。然后分析了该保护方案的技术实现方式,并利用PSCAD/EMTDC软件仿真验证了该保护方案相比于传统电流速断保护具有更好的保护性能。The traditional protection mode of distribution network usually adopts current three-stage protection,and according to the mode of "setting in advance and adjusting regularly",the setting value is set.However,with the increasing complexity of distribution network structure,its topology,operation mode,fault type and other factors often change,which puts forward new requirements for relay protection.In view of the shortcomings of traditional current quick break protection in distribution network,the fault additional state circuit is analyzed,and the system equivalent impedance and system equivalent potential are calculated online.The adaptive current quick break comprehensive relay protection scheme with directional locking is composed of definite time overcurrent protection,line fault in the rear section of transformer and TV line break protection criterion.Then the technical implementation of the protection scheme is analyzed,and PSCAD/EMTDC software is used to verify that the protection scheme has better protection performance than the traditional current quick break protection.
