摘 要:传统受限空间电气设备电源智能监测系统存在预警功能不完善的问题,导致系统响应时间延迟较长,因此设计一种基于红外技术的受限空间电气设备电源智能监测系统。硬件部分设计功能模块配置组件,并连接主控芯片;软件部分利用相应的视频处理软件,设定受限空间电气设备ROI区域,计算电气设备电源过热点的接触电阻相对偏差,运用红外技术设计电源智能监测系统预警功能。将该受限空间电气设备电源智能监测系统与另外两种受限空间电气设备电源智能监测系统进行比较,其响应延迟时间均值分别为199.269 ms、264.588 ms和268.991 ms,说明融合了红外技术的受限空间电气设备电源智能监测系统性能更佳。The traditional intelligent monitoring system for power supply of electrical equipment in confined space has imperfect early warning function,resulting in long response time delay of the system.Based on this,an intelligent monitoring system for power supply of electrical equipment in confined space based on infrared technology is designed.The functional module configuration component is designed in the hardware part and connected to the main control chip.Using the corresponding video processing software,the ROI area of electrical equipment in the confined space is set,the relative deviation of contact resistance of electrical equipment power hot spot is calculated,and the infrared technology is used to design the early warning function of power intelligent monitoring system.Comparing the intelligent monitoring system of electrical equipment power supply in confined space with the other two intelligent monitoring systems of electrical equipment power supply in confined space,the average response delay time is 199.269 ms,264.588 ms and 268.991 ms respectively,indicating that the intelligent monitoring system of electrical equipment power supply in confined space integrated with infrared technology has better performance.
