摘 要:为探究复合绝缘子在不同运行环境下的积污特性,基于电磁学、流体力学等理论,采用有限元法对绝缘子的积污过程进行了仿真,分析了荷电污秽颗粒粒径、电场强度、电压类型等对绝缘子积污特性的影响。研究结果表明,当污秽颗粒粒径小于30μm时,绝缘子表面积污量随着粒径的增大而增多,随着风速的增大而减少;在不同的正极性直流电压作用下,积污量在粒径30μm时达到峰值;荷电颗粒受力与电压相关,导致不同电压类型下积污量有差异。In order to explore the fouling characteristics of composite insulators in different operating environments,the fouling process of insulators is simulated by finite element method based on the theories of electromagnetism and hydrodynamics.The effects of charged pollution particle size,electric field intensity and voltage type on insulator fouling characteristics are analyzed.The results show that when the size of the particle is less than 30 μm,the pollution level on the surface of the insulator increases with the increase of the particle′s size,and decreases with the increasing wind speed.Under the action of different positive DC voltages,the contamination reaches its peak at a particle size of 30 μm.The forces imposed on the charged particles is related to the voltage,which leads to differences in the amount of the contamination under different voltage types.
