摘　　要：为确保变电站中接地网能发挥保护作用,必须对其接地电阻进行测试,在接地电阻达标后方能通过接地网的验收工作,因此变电站接地电阻测试工作对变电站的安全、可靠运行具有重大意义。按照国家标准,现有技术方案在对接地电阻进行测试时不仅需6人以上的工作人员相互配合,且需布置电流极和电压极,导致接地电阻测试工作繁重复杂,不仅降低了作业效率,也导致测试结果与实际值存在一定的偏差。为此研究出一种可实现快速布线的变电站接地电阻测试用电动车,可帮助工作人员实现快速布线、收线,同时有效降低了接地电阻测试作业劳动强度,提高了工作效率,消除了工器具丢失风险。In order to ensure that the grounding grid in the substation can play a protective role,its grounding resistance must be tested.After the grounding resistance meets the standard,it can pass the acceptance of grounding grid.Therefore,the substation grounding resistance test is of great significance to the safe and reliable operation of the substation.According to the national standards,when testing the grounding resistance in the existing technical scheme,it not only needs the cooperation of more than 6 workers,but also needs to arrange current poles and voltage poles,resulting in heavy and complex grounding resistance testing work.On the one hand,it greatly reduces the operation efficiency,on the other hand,it also leads to a certain deviation between the test results and the actual values.An electric vehicle for substation grounding resistance test which can realize fast wiring is developed.The electric vehicle can help workers realize rapid wiring and take-up,effectively reduce the labor intensity of grounding resistance test,improve work efficiency and eliminate the risk of loss of tools and instruments.
