摘  要:应急柴油发电机作为发电厂的应急后备电源,其选型计算的准确性对发电厂设备及人员的安全非常重要。当应急负荷改变时,必须对其带载能力重新进行校验。柴油发电机组宜选择合适的容量,过大或过小都不利于安全稳定运行。柴油发电机长期连续运行容量,分步加载过程中发电机短时过载能力、最大电压降、柴油机的负载接受能力需分别进行校验。以某核电站PTR系统改造为例,介绍了应急柴油发电机的带载能力重新校验过程,发现柴油机的负载接受能力的校验,采用GB/T 2820.5—2009中的方法较DL/T 5153—2002中的方法的计算更详细、实用性更强。As the emergency backup power supply of the power plant,the accuracy of the selection and calculation of the emergency diesel generator is very important to the safety of the power plant equipment and personnel.When the emergency load changes,its carrying capacity must be re-checked.Diesel generator sets should choose the appropriate capacity,too large or too small is not conducive to safe and stable operation.The long-term continuous operation capacity of diesel generators,the short-term overload capacity of generators,the maximum voltage drop,and the load acceptance capacity of diesel engines during the step-by-step loading process should be verified separately.Taking the transformation of the PTR system of a nuclear power plant as an example,the process of re-calibration of the load capacity of emergency diesel generators is introduced,and found that the method of load acceptance capacity verification which in GB/T 2820.5—2009 is more detailed and practical than that in DL/T 5153—2002.
