抗燃油系统水份高和滤油期间油位下降原因分析

摘  要:福建福清核电#3机组抗燃油系统(GFR)更换化学过滤器后水份快速上升,且在使用真空滤油机滤油期间,抗燃油箱油位持续下降。为此,对影响抗燃油系统水份和油位的因素进行了综合分析,指出了水份高和油位下降的原因,并提出改进方法,对抗燃油系统的运行有积极的借鉴意义。The water content of GE fire-resistant oil system(GFR) increased rapidly after the chemical filter was replaced in Fujian Fuqing nuclear power unit 3.In addition,the oil level of fire-resistant oil tank continued to decrease during the oil filtering period of the vacuum oil filter.Therefore,the various factors affecting the high water content and oil level of fire-resistant oil system are comprehensively analyzed,and the causes and improvement methods of high water content and oil level drop are put forward,which has positive reference significance for the operation of fire-resistant oil system.
