摘  要:以中国知网(CNKI)2010—2021年刊发的233篇定向医学生研究相关文献为研究对象,对文献进行量化分析,以了解我国定向医学生研究热点与演化趋势。结果显示:我国定向医学生研究文献呈明显增长趋势,文献增长节点与国家政策高度耦合;研究主题主要围绕定向医学生培养、职业发展、履约管理和国际比较研究,存在整体研究水平薄弱、跨部门协同研究匮乏、质化研究方法运用不足等问题。今后应加强研究团队建设,建立高校、规培医院、各级卫生健康委和乡镇卫生院等单位协同研究机制,综合运用量化研究方法和质化研究方法,为定向医学生政策优化改革提供扎实的理论依据。In order to understand the hotspot and evolution trend of rural-oriented medical students,we can make it through taking 233 articles related to the research published by CNKI from 2010 to 2021 as the research object,and using Pajek and CiteSpace to draw the knowledge map of rural-oriented medical students’research.It shows that,the research literature of rural-oriented medical students is obviously increased,highly coupled with national policies.The main research topics from those students are training,career development,compliance management and international comparative research of rural-oriented medical students.However,there are some problems about the research,such as lack of research ability,lack of cross departmental collaborative study,insufficient use of qualitative method and so on.We can provide a solid theoretical ground for the optimization and reform of rural-oriented medical students’policies by strengthening the construction of research team,establishing a collaborative mechanism of universities,regular training hospitals,and all levels and township health centers,as well as using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
