摘　　要：莱钢特钢事业部采用50t电炉短流程生产工艺开发45Mn2R硫系易切削钢,根据其技术要求,严格力学性能、淬透性和非金属夹杂物的控制,改善钢的可浇性,优化轧制工艺,生产的产品的化学成分、低倍组织、淬透性能、力学性能、非金属夹杂物、晶粒度、硬度等各项性能指标满足用户要求,且性能稳定,洁净度高,具有良好的综合性能。The 45Mn2R sulfur-containing free-cutting steel was developed by adopting a short-flow production process of 50t electric furnace in the Special Steel Division of Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.According to its technical requirements,the mechanical properties,hardenability and non-metallic inclusions are strictly controlled,improve the castability of steel and optimize the rolling process,the chemical composition,macro structure,hardenability,mechanical properties,non-metallic inclusion,grain size,hardness and other performance indicators of the product meet the requirements of users,and the property is stable,cleanliness is high,the products have good comprehensive performance.
