摘  要:针对石横特钢集团新疆昆玉棒材车间生产φ18 mm热轧带肋钢筋时,负差率控制困难、线差大、成材率偏低等问题进行了系统分析。对切分孔型进行优化,控轧设备进行改进,关键道次轧辐材质及工艺进行改进。负差率提升0.15%,成材率提升0.03%。Aim at the production of φ18 mm hot-rolled ribbed steel bar in Xinjiang Kunyu bar workshop of Shiheng special steel group,the problems of difficult control of negative deviation,large linear deviation and low yield are systematically analyzed in this paper.The slitting pass is optimized,the control rolling equipment is improved,and the key pass roll material and processing are improved.The negative difference rate is increased by 0.15%,and the finished product rate is increased by 0.03%.
