摘 要:昆玉棒材为提高机时产量,在分析限制提高轧制速度因素的基础上,对加热炉出钢自动控制系统进行优化,改进冷床移钢小车设备,重新计算并调整各道次轧机负荷,优化各工序参数设置等,充分发挥现有装备的潜能,提高了轧制速度,轧制节奏时间从50 s降至47 s左右,机时产量提高41以上,达到了增产、增效、降低生产成本的目的。In order to improve the machine hourly output of Kunyu bar workshop,based on the analysis of the factors that limit the speed of rolling,the automatic control system of tapping of reheating furnace is optimized,the equipment of cold bed steel moving trolley is improved,and the mill load of each pass is recalculated and adjusted,the speed of rolling was increased,the rolling rhythm time was reduced from 50 s to about 47 s,and the rolling mill output per hour was increased by more than 4 t/h,the aim of increasing production,increasing efficiency and reducing production cost has been achieved.
