摘  要:以酒精性肝病为研究主题,结合现代医药研究热点肠道微生态,融合药理、病理、生物化学、分析化学等多项实验技术,探索并实践生物制药专业药理学教学实验——以肠道微生态药物为主的酒精性肝损伤保护实验。以树立研究思维、掌握研究方法、提高研究能力为目标进行教学设计,借助翻转课堂的教学模式,引导学生完成动物造模、疾病观察、药物治疗以及病症指标检测等一系列实验过程;将基础研究与本科实验教学有机结合,学习新药研发前的药物筛选过程,训练学生高层次的综合分析、逻辑思维能力,有助于培养其应用能力与创新能力,提高综合科研素质。Based on the common disease of alcoholic liver disease and combined with modern medicine research hotspot-intestinal microflora,integrating multi-discipline resource such as pharmacology,pathology,biochemistry,analytical chemistry and many other experimental technologies,a design experiment on the protection of alcoholic liver injury based on intestinal microecological drugs was set up to explore and practice the comprehensive teaching experiment of pharmacology with biological characteristics.Experimental designs were carried out by setting up research thinking,mastering research methods and improving research ability.Through the teaching mode of flipped classroom,students were guided to complete series of experiments,such as making animal models,observing the occurrence of disease,drug treating and detecting disease indicators.Through the organic combination of basic research and undergraduate experiment teaching,and understand the drug screening process before new drug development,high-level comprehensive analysis ability and logical thinking ability of students were trained.It cultivated students’ability of practical innovation and improved their comprehensive quality of scientific research.
