摘  要:为对高校科研实验室安全水平进行全面、准确评价,提出一种基于PCA改进的GAHP的综合评价方法。对高校科研实验室特点进行全面分析,基于事故致因理论,建立了一套多层次的安全评价指标体系。研究构建了PCA-GAHP模型计算群体专家和评价指标权重,以降低指标权重赋值的主观性。以阻燃材料科研实验室为例,基于PCA-GAHP模型通过群体专家打分,进行案例分析。结果表明:该评价方法能够有效降低层次分析法中存在的误差,评价结果能够更好地反映实验室安全管理实际水平。In order to evaluate the safety level of scientific research laboratories in universities comprehensively and accurately,a comprehensive evaluation method based on PCA-improved GAHP is proposed.Firstly,the characteristics of scientific research laboratories in universities are comprehensively analyzed.Based on the accident cause theory,a multi-level safety evaluation index system is established.Secondly,the PCA-GAHP model is constructed to calculate the weights of group experts and evaluation indicators,so as to reduce the subjectivity of index weight assignment.Finally,taking a flame-retardant material research laboratory in a university as an example,a case study is carried out based on PCA-GAHP model through group expert scoring.The results show that the evaluation method can effectively reduce the error in the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation results can better reflect the actual level of laboratory safety management.
