摘　　要：农村不动产权籍调查作为农村宅基地权属以及集体土地权属确权工作中一部分,其调查成果直接影响了权属的法律效应。本文对采用倾斜摄影测量加智能手机平台进行农村不动产权籍调查作业难点深入分析之后,提出了基于移动客户端的不动产权籍调查系统,同时解决了该系统的关键技术。该系统实现了不动产权籍调查中地籍、房产等数据的野外快速作业,提高调查人员的作业效率,为农村不动产权籍调查提供了一种新思路。As a part of the rural residential land ownership and collective land ownership confirmation,the investigation results of rural real estate ownership directly affect the legal effect of ownership.In this paper,after deeply analyzing the difficulties of rural real estate registration investigation by using tilt photogrammetry and smart phone platform,a real estate registration investigation system based on mobile client is proposed,and the key technology of the system is solved.The system realizes the fast field operation of cadastral,real estate and other data in real estate cadastral survey,and improves the efficiency of investigators.The research and development of the system provides a new idea for the rural real estate registration investigation.
