摘　　要：为建设以患者为中心的智慧服务型医院,提高入、出院服务效率,降低患者的综合就医成本,医院建设“一站式”全自助住院服务平台,突破医院系统和医保平台间的壁垒,并进一步联通财政电子票据平台和第三方支付平台,实现从入院到出院全流程脱离人工窗口的自助办理,减少了住院患者在非诊疗过程中的消耗和窗口工作压力,提升了医院服务品质和患者就医获得感。In order to build a patient-centered intelligent hospital,improve the efficiency of admission and discharge services,and reduce the medical cost of patients,the hospital built the“one-stop”service platform for self-service hospitalization,breaking through the obstacles between the hospital system and medical insurance platform,and further connecting financial electronic bill platform and the third-party payment platform.The platform realized the self-service in the whole process from admission to discharge,reduced the inpatients’waiting time in the non-diagnosis and treatment process,reduced the burden of the manually-handled service,and improved the hospital service quality and patients’satisfaction.
