摘　　要：2018年,儿科医院整合各慢性病友组织资源,成立儿童慢病多彩时空俱乐部,由专家委员会、儿童全人照护协作组和慢病患儿家庭组成。俱乐部整合了医院的医疗资源,引入中医养身和医教结合的理念,及时解决患儿心理问题,从而促进社会融入,改善生活质量,共同为慢病患儿铸就了一个相对多彩、温暖、健康、快乐的时间和空间。文章介绍了复旦大学附属儿科医院经过二十多年实践探索的专病专科病友俱乐部模式,对从多个角度对医疗机构进行“全人、全程”的患者人文关怀建设起到促进和提升作用。In 2018,Fudan University Children’s Hospital integrated the resources of various clubs to establish the club for Children’s Chronic Disease which is composed of an expert committee,a collaborative group of children holistic care and families of children with chronic diseases.By integrating the medical resources of the hospital,introducing the concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of medical care and education,the club solved the psychological problems of the children in time,so as to promote social integration,improve the quality of life,and jointly create a relatively colorful,warm,healthy and happy time and pace for the children with chronic diseases.The study introduces the specialty patient club model of the Children’s Hospital of Fudan University after more than 20 years of practice and exploration,hoping to promote and enhance the humanistic care on a holistic and whole-process basis in medical institutions from diversified perspectives.
