摘  要:自新冠疫情发生以来,在政府政策与社会需求双向驱动下,互联网+医疗的发展迎来了新的机遇。我院应用“互联网+”等现代信息技术创新医保服务模式,通过创新窗口服务、设置医保电子窗口、开展床旁医保咨询和延伸出院后服务等方式优化医保服务线下流程,同时开展互联网+医保线上服务,实现医保服务线上+线下有效联动,有力提升了患者的就医体验和获得感,推动医院高质量发展。Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the development of“Internet+Medical Care”has ushered in new opportunities driven by the two-way model of government policy and social demand.Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital innovates medical insurance service model by applying modern information technologies such as the“Internet+”.On the one hand,it optimizes the offline process of medical insurance service through innovating window service,setting up electronic medical insurance window,carrying out bedside medical insurance consultation and extending post-discharge service.On the other hand,it also actively launches“Internet+medical insurance”services simultaneously,so as to realize the effective linkage between online and offline services of medical insurance,effectively improving patients’medical experience and sense of acquisition and promoting the high-quality development of the hospital.
