摘  要:随着医院精细化和数字化的快速发展,医疗指标化的呈现和管理已经越来越成为医院管理者们重要的管理手段和方法,这对医院信息化的要求也越来越高,除了对业务运行的高度依赖,更重要的是,高水平的信息化管理才是提升管理水平、优化规范医疗流程的必须。这其中信息科自身的管理和医院重视信息化的程度,也是医院精细化管理的关键。文章分析了大多数医院信息科的职责、现状和问题,并对信息科未来的发展定位和提升进行了思考,并给出了建议。With the rapid development of hospital fine management and digitalization,the presentation and management of medical indicators has become a more and more important management means and method for hospital administrators,which entails a higher level of informatization.In addition to a high degree of dependence on business operation,what’s more important is that high-level information management is necessary with an eye to improve management,optimize and standardize medical process.Among them,the management of the information department and the importance hospitals attached to the informationization are the key to fine management of hospitals.This paper analyzes the responsibilities,status quo of and problems in many hospital information departments,and gives some suggestions for the future development and orientation of information departments.
