摘　　要：培养创新型人才是新时期赋予高校的重要任务,如何培养专业知识扎实又具有创新能力的专业人才是高校面临的新课题和难题。随着医学发展和临床技术进步,对麻醉学专业(本科)学生培养的要求不断提升,全面提高麻醉学专业人才质量是新时代医学人才培养的重要任务之一。创新型人才培养需要对人才培养方案进行改革,重点是构建符合创新人才培养的课程体系。本文在“新医科”背景下,以获得省级创新人才培养实验区、省级特色专业建设点为契机,通过探索麻醉学专业以培养人文素养和职业素质为导向设计通识平台课程,以强化基础和胜任力为导向设计专业平台课程,以培养创新思维与能力为导向设计创新发展平台课程,为专业建设和改革提供实践依据。As we head into the new era,the higher education faces an important task,both new and difficult,of cultivating the innovative talent that is equipped with adequate professional knowledge and ability in innovation.Meanwhile,with the development of medicine and clinical technology,the requirements for the training of undergraduate students majoring in anesthesiology are constantly escalated.It is an important task of training medical talents for the new era to improve the quality of talents majoring in anesthesiology in an all-around way.The talent training program needs to be reformed in order to cultivate innovative talents,which mainly demands a curriculum system in line with such cultivation.Under the background of“new medical disciplines”,this paper,taking the opportunity of obtaining the provincial innovative talent training experimental area and provincial featured specialty construction pilot as the view,designs the general education platform curriculum under the guidance of cultivating humanistic quality and professional quality in anesthesiology as well as the major-involving platform curriculum in anesthesiology under the guidance of strengthening foundation and competence.An innovative development platform was also developed aiming at cultivating innovative thinking and ability,which will provide practical basis for the construction and reform of anesthesiology specialty.
