网络环境下WPBL教学法在临床护理带教中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：随着各类疾病的发病率上升,护理和治疗对治愈的关联性,以及人们对护理质量的要求愈高,这就要求护理人员在对患者进行护理的时候,要具有丰富的专业知识储备,能够应对各种不良反应和并发症状。临床护理带教是培养良好素质护理人员的基本措施,通过临床带教可以让护理人员完成学生到医护人员的身份转变,可以指导其将所学的理论知识付诸实践中,实现理论和实践的相互结合。网络化平台下以问题为基础的教学模式(web-problem based learning,WPBL)指的是是运用网络媒介,以问题为基础的一种常用教学方法,该方法自从被引进护理学教学中之后,在培养优秀护理人才和提高护理质量等方面发挥了十分显著的效果。文章通过收集近几年WPBL在临床护理带教中的具体应用,旨在帮助临床护理了解WPBL近几年取得的实际应用效果,帮助其更好地选择带教方法。With the rising incidence of various diseases,the correlation between nursing and healing,as well as people’s demand for nursing quality has also been increasing,which requires nurses equipped with abundant professional knowledge for treating various adverse reactions and concurrent symptoms.Clinical nursing teaching is a basic measure for the cultivation of nurses of good quality.Through clinical teaching,nurses can achieve the identity transition from students to medical staff,teach them how to weave the theoretical knowledge into practice,and thus realize the combination of theory and practice.Web-problem based learning(WPBL)refers to a common problem-oriented teaching method using network-based media.Since it has been introduced into nursing teaching,it has resulted very well in training excellent nursing personnel and improving nursing quality.By collecting the cases of WPBL used in clinical nursing teaching in recent years,this paper aims to help clinical nurses to understand the effect of the practical application of WPBL in recent years on the one hand and choose more suitable teaching methods on the other.
