藏药白脉软膏的组方特点及其治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的作用机制

摘　　要：根据藏药白脉软膏的现有研究,结合藏医药理论中白脉软膏各成分药的“味”“性”“功效”,分析白脉软膏的组方特点及配伍规律,并探讨分析藏药白脉软膏治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的作用机制,以期为藏药方剂组方优化和新药开发提供思路。通过研究,发现该处方组成既具备治疗周围神经疾病(白脉病)的作用,又符合现代涂擦软膏剂消炎杀菌的要求;另外该处方对于当前高发疾病糖尿病周围神经病变的病因与病症兼治具有诊疗指导作用。Based on the existing research on white vein ointment,combining with the "taste", "nature" and "effect" of various components of white vein ointment,analyzing the composition characteristics and compatibility rules of white vein ointment,and discussing and analyzing the mechanism of white vein ointment in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).In order to provide ideas for the optimization of Tibetan prescription and the development of new drugs.Found that this prescription not only has the effect of treating peripheral nerve disease(white vein キ isease),but also meets the requirements of modern anti-inflammatory and bactericidal application of ointment.In addition,this prescription has the guidance role in diagnosis and treatment of the etiology and symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,a current high incidence disease.
