摘  要:目的:比较柿叶不同炮制品有效成分含量的差异,柿叶蜜炙前后祛痰镇咳功效的影响。方法:运用紫外分光色谱法测定柿叶不同炮制品总黄酮含量,HPLC法测定不同柿叶炮制品芦丁、山柰酚、槲皮素含量;氨水致咳实验比较柿叶生品和蜜炙品止咳作用,测量小鼠气管酚红分泌量,比较柿叶生品和蜜炙品祛痰作用。结果:柿叶炮制品总黄酮、芦丁含量均低于生品,柿叶炒黄、酒炙后槲皮素、山柰酚含量高于生品,其他炮制品均低于生品。柿叶蜜炙品和生品均能止咳祛痰,但蜜炙品祛痰止咳功效优于生品。结论:柿叶炮制前后总黄酮、芦丁、槲皮素、山柰酚含量均发生变化;柿叶蜜炙后止咳祛痰功效增强。Objective:The effects of different processed products of Diospyros Kaki Thumh.on the content of active ingredients were compared,and the effects of Diospyros Kaki Thumh.treated with honey on the antitussive and expectorant activity effects were studied.Methods:The content of total flavonoids in Diospyros Kaki Thumh.of different processing methods was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The content of rutin,kaempferol and quercetin in different processing methods were determined by HPLC.The antitussive effect of Diospyros Kaki Thumh.treated with honey was studied.The processed Diospyros Kaki Thumh.expectorant activity was evaluate by determined the amount of tracheal phenol red secretion in mice.Results:The content of total flavonoids and rutin of Diospyros Kaki Thumh.after processing was lower than that of raw products.The content of quercetin and kaempferol in the Diospyros Kaki Thumh.treated with rice wine and fired was higher than that of raw products.The Diospyros Kaki Thumh.after processing by other methods were lower than the raw products.The Diospyros Kaki Thumh.treated with honey and the Diospyros Kaki Thumh.of the raw products can antitussive and expectorant activity,but the Diospyros Kaki Thumh.treated with honey is better than the raw products.Conclusion:The contents of total flavonoids,rutin,quercetin and kaempferol in different leaves were changed after different treatments.Diospyros Kaki Thumh.treated with honey can enhance antitussive and expectorant activity.
