摘 要:目的:研究十一方药酒的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用琼脂稀释法和试管二倍稀释法,测定十一方药酒对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、乙型副伤寒沙门菌、表皮葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:琼脂稀释法显示十一方药酒对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为6.0313mg/mL,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、乙型副伤寒沙门菌、表皮葡萄球菌的MIC为12.0625mg/mL。试管二倍稀释法显示十一方药酒对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、乙型副伤寒沙门菌、表皮葡萄球菌的MBC为12.0625mg/mL。结论:十一方药酒对供试菌均具有体外抑菌作用。Objective:To study the antibacterial effect of Shiyifang Vinum in vitro.Methods:Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Shiyifang Vinum against Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans,Salmonellapara-typhi B and Staph ylococcus epidermidis were determined by Agar dilution method and test tube double dilution method.Results:Agar dilution method showed that the MIC of Shiyifang Vinum was 6.0313 mg/mL against Staphylococcus aureus,and 12.0625 mg/mL against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans,Salmonellapara-typhi B and Staphylococcus epidermidis.The test tube double dilution method showed that the MBC of Shiyifang Vinum against Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans,Salmonellapara-typhi B and Staphylococcus epidermidis was 12.0625 mg/mL.Conclusion:Shiyifang Vinum had antibacterial effect on the tested bacteria in vitro.
