摘　　要：目的:探讨基于TOPSIS数据处理模型的化胃舒颗粒水提工艺优化方法。方法:采用正交试验法,以水提取液中黄芪甲苷、总有机酸、总多糖、总皂苷的含量为基础,结合TOPSIS方法对试验数据进行处理,获得最佳水工艺提取参数,并进行验证试验。结果:确定了化胃舒水提工艺最佳工艺参数,即浸泡2h,加水提取2次,每次加水10倍量,提取2h,验证试验证明了优化结果可靠、有效。结论:将TOPSIS法应用于正交试验,可克服正交试验多指标数据处理粗糙、分辨率低的问题,能有效提高优化结果的精确度。Objective:To explore the optimization method of water extraction process of Hua weishu granules based on TOPSIS data processing model.Methods:Based on the contents of yaoastragaloside IV,total organic acid,total polysaccharide and total saponins in the water extract,the orthogonal experiment method was adopted to process the test data and obtain the optimal extraction parameters of water process,and the verification experiment was carried out.Results:The optimum technological parameters were obtained,soak for 2 hours,add water to extract twice,add 10 times of water each time,and extract for 2 hours,and the results were proved to be reliable and effective.Conclusion:TOPSIS method can overcome the problems of rough multi-index data processing and low resolution in orthogonal experiment,and can effectively improve the accuracy of optimization results.
