摘  要:目的:测定13批同属不同种桑叶药材中总黄酮的含量,并进行综合评分,明确桑叶的入药品种。方法:采用超声法提取13批同属不同种桑叶中的总黄酮,用紫外可见分光光度计测定其含量,并应用SPSS26.0软件对其进行成分分析。结果:华桑中总黄酮含量最高(23.18mg/g),其次是鸡桑21.45mg/g、山桑19.05mg/g、蒙桑20.35mg/g等;应用SPSS26.0软件分析得出整体质量排名前三的分别为鸡桑、华桑、蒙桑。结论:该实验方法操作简便,重复性及稳定性较好,比较了13个桑叶样品的总黄酮含量,得出其含量差异情况,经评分后得出鸡桑最适于用药,为确保其临床精准用药提供了实验依据。Objective:To determine the contents of total flavonoids in 13 batches of Mulberry leaves of the same genus and different species,and make a comprehensive score to determine the varieties of Mulberry leaves.Methods:The total flavonoids from 13 batches of Mulberry leaves of the same genus and different species were extracted by ultrasonic method,the content was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometer,and the components were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 software.Results:The content of total flavonoids in Chinese mulberry was the highest(23.18 mg/g),followed by Chicken mulberry 21.45 mg/g,Mountain mulberry 19.05 mg/g and mengsang 20.35 mg/g;Using SPSS 26.0 software analysis,it is concluded that the top three of the overall quality are Jisang,huasang and mengsang.Conclusion:This experimental method is simple,reproducible and stable.The content of total flavonoids in 13 Mulberry leaf samples is compared,and the content difference is obtained.After scoring,it is concluded that Chicken mulberry is the most suitable for drug use,so as to provide experimental basis for ensuring its clinical accurate drug use.
