摘　　要：通过临床,以长桑君脉法的“脉息术”诊断患者是“少气”或“脉躁”来指导用药。笔者认为“少气”的患者可用建中汤类方剂及针灸取足六经穴位,“脉躁”的患者可用柴胡汤类方剂及针灸取手六经穴位。同时应用脉诊图作为诊疗基础,增加了脉法学习的易懂性、直观性,也加强了临床诊断的明确性、客观性,且疗效显著,充分体现了中医具有简、便、验、廉的治疗特点,可供临床借鉴用之。Through clinical practice,the"pulse aspiration technique"of Changsangjun pulse method is used to diagnose patients as"less qi"or"pulse irritability"to guide medication.The author thinks that patients with"less qi"can use Jianzhong decoction and acupuncture to take the acupoints of the Six Meridians of the Foot,and patients with"pulse impatient"can take the six meridians of the hand with Chaihu Decoction and acupuncture.At the same time,the pulse diagnosis diagram is used as the basis of diagnosis and treatment,which increases the understanding and intuitiveness of pulse learning,and also strengthens the clarity and objectivity of clinical diagnosis,and the effect is significant,which fully reflects the simplicity,use,testing,and convenience of traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment characteristics of the drug can be used for clinical reference.
