摘　　要：目的:应用数据挖掘方法研究林毅教授在乳腺癌围放疗期的治疗经验。方法:筛选2019年6月-2021年12月林毅教授诊治的乳腺癌围放疗期病案,在中医传承辅助平台上使用频数分析法、关联规则、改进型互信息法及复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行药物频次、四气五味、经络归属及组方规律分析。结果:共纳入255个病案,涉及376个处方,频次在200以上的药物依次为麦冬、白术、太子参、茯苓、黄芪、胖大海、山药、木蝴蝶、桔梗、鱼腥草、北沙参、百合、女贞子,药物四气频次前两位为寒、平,五味前三为甘、苦、辛,经络归属前三为肺、胃、脾,确定药物间关联规则后,进一步聚类得到6个核心组合和3个新方组合。结论:通过数据挖掘,总结林毅教授在乳腺癌围放疗期的治疗经验为:异病同治,辨证为用,扶正祛邪,标本兼顾;在脏治肺,脾胃固本,培土生金,重养气阴;谨守病机,因证遣方,随症加减,用药平和。Objective:To analyze Professor Lin Yi’s experience in treating breast cancer(BC)patients during radiotherapy period by data mining.Methods:Cases of BC patients during radiotherapy period from June 2019 to December 2021 were screened out,the method of frequency analysis,association rules,improved mutual information method and entropy-based complex systems partition method on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)were used to analyse the frequency of herbs which used in the cases above and their characteristics of four natures and five flavours,channel tropism and medication rules.Results:A total of 255 patients and 376 prescriptions were involved.The herbs with frequency over 200 were Ophiopogonis Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Pseudostellariae Radix,Poria,Radix Astragali,Sterculiae Lychnophorae Semen,Dioscoreae rhizoma,Oroxyli Semen,Platycodonis radix,Houttuyniae Herba,Glehniae Radix,Bulbus Lilii and Ligustri Lucidi Fructus.The cold and placid property of herbs were higher,the first three more herbs had sweet,bitter and pungent taste in turn,the top three meridian tropism of using the lung,stomach and spleen.Further clustering resulted in 6 core combinations and 3 new combinations after computing the association rules among the herbs.Conclusion:The data mining results above that Lin’s experience in treating BC patients during radiotherapy period as:treating different diseases with same method mainly for their symptoms were similar,strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,taking care of both manifestation and root cause.In terms of treatment,the lung was the most important part of Zang-Fu viscera syndrome differentiation,and treating spleen and stomach to consolidate the foundation,increasing efforts to nourish the qi and yin.Strictly abiding by the pathogenesis and prescribing according to the syndrome,adding and subtracting herbs as symptoms change,the selected herbs were mild.
