摘　　要：自2019年末以来新冠肺炎肆虐全国,除西医常规治疗和疫苗研发外,中医理论和中草药在疫情防治过程中凸显了独特优势并取得了显著成效。三阴三阳开阖枢理论源于《黄帝内经》,是中医五运六气学说的重要理论,反映了三阴三阳经间气血流注的特点和各脏腑间阴阳气化运动的规律。该研究另辟蹊径,从三阴三阳开阖枢角度探析新冠肺炎的发病机制和卫生部推荐方(麻杏甘石汤)的用药思路,及其所具有的前瞻性和创新性,以期为中医临床工作者选方用药提供新的诊疗思路,对中医学疫病防治理论的进一步发展提供借鉴和参考。Since the end of COVID-19,new crown pneumonia has been raging in the whole country.Besides the routine treatment and vaccine development of Western medicine,TCM theory and Chinese herbal medicine have highlighted the advantages in the process of epidemic prevention and achieved remarkable results.2019.The theory of opening and closing pivot of three yin and three Yang originates from the Huangdi Neijing.It is an important theory of the theory of five movements and six Qi in traditional Chinese medicine.It reflects the characteristics of Qi and blood flow between the three yin and three yang meridians and the law of yin and Yang gasification movement between viscera.This article explores COVID-19 Yang’s opening and closing pivot angle to explore the pathogenesis of COVID-19 and the medication idea of the recommendation of the Ministry of Health(Maxing Ganshi Decoction),which is forward-looking and innovative,with a view to providing new thinking for the clinical workers of TCM in selecting prescriptions and providing reference and guidance for the further development of the theory of prevention and cure of disease in Chinese medicine.
