2型糖尿病下肢血管病变指标水平及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析血清胎球蛋白A(Futiun-A)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者下肢血管病变中的水平及相关性。方法选取2020年6月—2021年12月上海市杨浦区控江医院内分泌科收治的T2DM伴有下肢血管病变患者100例设为A组;另选取同期内分泌科收治的T2DM不伴有下肢血管病变患者100例设为B组;选取同期体检中心健康体检者100例设为C组。比较三组Fetiun-A、AFU、ADA水平;根据踝肱指数(ABI)将下肢血管病变分成轻度、中度和重度,分析A组不同程度下肢血管病变患者的Fetiun-A、AFU、ADA水平;分析A组患者Fetiun-A、AFU、ADA的相关性。结果A组Fetiun-A、AFU、ADA水平高于B组和C组,且B组高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组中轻度的Fetiun-A、AFU和ADA水平均低于中度和重度,且中度低于重度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,Fetiun-A与AFU、ADA均呈明显的正相关(r=0.348,P<0.05;r=0.296,P<0.05);AFU与ADA呈明显的正相关(r=0.452,P<0.05)。结论Fetiun-A、AFU、ADA在T2DM伴有下肢血管病变患者中均呈高表达水平,且两两指标之间均存在明显的正相关。Objective To analyze the levels and correlation of serum fetuin-A(Futiun-A)andα-L-Fucosidase(AFU)and adenosine deaminase(ADA)in lower extremity vascular diseases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From June 2020 to December 2021,100 patients with T2DM with lower extremity vascular disease treated in the Endocrinology Department of Shanghai Yangpu District Kongjiang Hospital were selected as group A;in addition,100 patients with T2DM without lower extremity vascular disease admitted to Endocrinology Department in the same period were selected as group B;100 healthy subjects in the physical examination center in the same period were selected as group C.The levels of Fetiun-A,AFU and ADA in the three groups were compared;according to the ankle brachial index(ABI),lower extremity vascular diseases were divided into mild,moderate and severe degree,the levels of Fetiun-A,AFU and ADA in patients with lower extremity vascular diseases of different degrees in group A were analyzed;the correlation of Fetiun-A,AFU and ADA in group A were analyzed.Results The levels of Fetiun-A,AFU and ADA in group A were higher than those in group B and C,and those in group B were higher than in group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,mild Fetiun-A,AFU and ADA levels were lower than moderated and severe,and moderated were lower than severe,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that Fetiun-A was positively correlated with AFU and ADA(r=0.348,P<0.05;r=0.296,P<0.05);AFU was positively correlated with ADA(r=0.452,P<0.05).Conclusion Fetiun-A,AFU and ADA were highly expressed in T2DM patients with lower extremity vascular disease,and there was a significant positive correlation between every two indicators.
