2型糖尿病血脂异常的临床研究进展

摘　　要：随着人们生活节奏和方式的变化,2型糖尿病的发病率呈逐年增加的趋势,给人类的健康带来了较大的威胁,也增加了心血管疾病的发作风险。研究结果显示,血脂异常是2型糖尿病患者出现冠心病的独立危险因素。大多数糖尿病患者早期都会出现脂代谢紊乱的情况,随着糖尿病病情的不断发展,血脂紊乱情况也会更明显。2型糖尿病血脂异常的主要表现为高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高、三酰甘油(TG)水平升高等,这些因素同样是诱发动脉粥样硬化的因素;而大约有58%的2型糖尿病患者死于动脉粥样硬化性心血管并发症。所以要提高对2型糖尿病患者血脂水平的关注,并采取针对性措施进行干预,才能有效预防糖尿病患者心血管并发症的发生,从而改善患者的生活质量,延长患者的生命。本文从2型糖尿病血脂异常的发病机制、特点以及临床治疗等方面对近年来的临床研究进行综述分析,为临床干预2型糖尿病血脂异常提供参考。With the changes of people's pace of life and lifestyle,the incidence rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus has an increasing trend year by year,which not only poses a great threat to human health,but also increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.The study results show that dyslipidemia is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Most patients with diabetes mellitus will have dyslipidemia in the early stage.With the continuous development of diabetes mellitus,dyslipidemia will be more obvious.The main manifestations of dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus are the elevation of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride(TG),which are also the factors inducing atherosclerosis.And about 58%of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus die of atherosclerotic cardiovascular complications.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the blood lipid level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and take targeted measures for intervention,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of vascular complications in patients with diabetes mellitus,improve the quality of life and prolong the life of patients.This article reviews and analyzes the clinical research in recent years from the pathogenesis,characteristics and clinical treatment of dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus,so as to provide reference for clinical intervention of dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
