摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎又称变性应鼻炎,是一种由IgE介导的鼻黏膜慢性变态反应性疾病,过敏性鼻炎的4个主要症状是鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流清涕,是耳鼻喉科常见的、难治疾病之一,加之近年来过敏性鼻炎发病率的不断上升,给人类健康和生活质量造成了严重影响。目前,西医临床上治疗该病的药物主要有糖皮质激素类、抗组胺类、肥大细胞膜稳定剂、白三烯抗体拮抗剂、抗胆碱类、减充血剂等,虽然可以迅速地缓解临床症状,但存在一定的不良反应,并且远期疗效差。本病属于中医“鼻鼽”范畴,早在《黄帝内经》中就有过敏性鼻炎的记载、临床症状的描述及病因病机的论述,历代医家亦从不同角度对其病因病机及治疗方法进行了大量的探讨。近年来,临床工作者在继承中医传统理论基础上试图从脏腑、经络、气血等方面阐明过敏性鼻炎的病因病机,探索应用经方、自拟中药汤剂、针艾、穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压及各种综合疗法治疗,取得了一定的疗效。本文综述了近年来过敏性鼻炎的中医病因病机及治疗方法等方面的研究进展,以期为过敏性鼻炎的诊疗提供更有效的参考。Allergic rhinitis,also known as degenerative rhinitis,is a chronic allergic disease of nasal mucosa mediated by IgE.The four main symptoms of allergic rhinitis are nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose.It is one of the common and refractory diseases in department of Otolaryngology.In addition,the incidence rate of allergic rhinitis has been rising in recent years,which poses a serious impact on human health and quality of life.At present,the drugs used in western medicine to treat the disease mainly include glucocorticoids,antihistamines,mast cell membrane stabilizers,leukotriene antibody antagonists,anticholinergs,decongestants,etc.Although they can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms,they have certain adverse reactions and poor long-term efficacy.This disease belongs to the category of"nasal bleeding"in traditional Chinese medicine.As early as in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic,there were records,description of clinical symptoms and discussion of etiology and pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.Doctors of past dynasties have also made a lot of discussions on its etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods from different angles.In recent years,on the basis of inheriting the traditional theory of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical workers have tried to clarify the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis from the aspects of viscera,meridians and Qi and blood,and explored the application of meridian prescriptions,self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction,needling wormwood,acupoint application,auricular point application and various comprehensive therapies,which have achieved certain curative effects.This paper summarizes the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine etiology,pathogenesis and treatment method of allergic rhinitis in recent years,in order to provide the more effective reference for the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.
