尿石通丸联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗输尿管结石疗效

摘　　要：目的观察尿石通丸联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗输尿管结石的效果、为其临床治疗提供参考。方法选择山东省高唐县人民医院2020年1月—2021年1月收治的80例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案的不同分为研究组和对照组,各40例,对照组患者接受盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊和塞来昔布胶囊治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上,加用尿石通丸,两组持续治疗28 d后,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组临床治疗有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%;平均结石排出时间为(9.1±1.8)d,短于对照组的(14.5±2.5)d;不良反应发生率为7.50%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在对输尿管结石患者进行治疗时,可将盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊和尿石通丸联合应用,该项用药方案相比于单纯应用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊而言,效果明显,不仅可以强化临床效果,缩短患者排石时间,同时,也能够最大程度的降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the treatment effect of Niaoshitong Pill combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride for ureteral calculi,and to provide reference for its clinical treatment.Methods A total of 80 patients with ureteral calculi treated in Gaotang County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment scheme,they were divided into study group and control group with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule and celecoxib capsule.The patients in the study group were treated with Niaoshitong Pill on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to receive treatment for 28 days,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group;the stone removal time in the study group was(9.1±1.8)days,which was shorter than(14.5±2.5)days in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%,which was obviously lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment in patients with ureteral calculi,tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule and Niaoshitong Pill could be combined.Compared with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule alone,this medication scheme had significant effect.It could not only strengthen the clinical effect and shorten the stone removal time of patients,but also reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions to the greatest extent.It was worthy of clinical application.
