摘  要:水轮发电机组振动的主要因素包括机械振动、水力振动和电磁振动。实践证明,转子质量不平衡是机组振动的主要原因之一。动平衡试验能很好地解决转子质量失衡问题,从而有效地减小机组振动与摆度。介绍了基于时域-频谱的动平衡试验方法,并以某电站为例对机组转子进行了动平衡试验,准确找到了不平衡质量的相位,通过3次配重彻底解决了该机组转子质量不平衡问题,有效地减小了该机组振动摆度,有力保证了机组稳定运行。The main factors of vibration of hydro-generator unit include mechanical vibration,hydraulic vibration and electromagnetic vibration.Practice proves that unbalanced rotor mass is one of the main reasons for unit vibration.Dynamic balance test can solve rotor mass imbalance problem well,thus effectively reduce unit vibration and swing.This paper describes a dynamic balance test method based on time-domain-frequency spectra.Taking a power plant as an example,the dynamic balance test is carried out on the rotor of the unit,and the phase of unbalanced mass is accurately found.The unbalanced mass of the rotor of the unit is thoroughly solved by three counterweights,which effectively reduces the vibration swing of the unit and strongly ensures the stable operation of the unit.
