摘  要:水电站QM2x2000/250kN门式启闭机用于水电站启闭闸门的启闭设备,门架结构承载在整个门机设计中起着至关重要的作用。门架结构应满足强度、刚度、稳定性。通过常规计算手段与有限元分析软件手段,对门架结构各种工况下的应力、变形及门机抗倾覆进行计算对比。双向门机在各种工况组合下,双向门机强度、刚度、稳定性均满足规范要求。可以通过对箱梁翼缘、腹板减薄,优化结构设计,减轻门机自重,使整台门机更经济合理。QM2x2000/250kN crane of hydropower station is the hoist equipment used for hoisting gate of hydropower station.The gantry frame structure plays an important role in the whole design of crane.The gantry frame structure shall have sufficient strength,rigidity and stability.Through routine calculation and finite element analysis,the stress,deformation and anti-overturning of crane under various working conditions are calculated and compared in this paper.Under various conditions,the strength,rigidity and stability of bi-directional crane meet the specifications.By thinning the flange and web of box girder,the structural design is optimized,the self-weight of crane is reduced,and crane is more economical and reasonable.
