摘  要:D网通讯(DeviceNet)是90年代中期发展起来的一种基于CAN(Controller Area Network)技术的开放型、低成本、高性能的通信网络,它将工业设备(如:感应开关,光电传感器,阀组,伺服驱动器等)连接到网络,从而消除了昂贵的硬接线成本。直接互连性改善了设备间的通讯,并同时提供了重要的设备级诊断功能。基于D网通讯的以上优点,在汽车制造业自动化产线上广泛应用,但D网通讯也有它自身的弊端,其中影响最大的故障模式就是通讯故障,俗称掉网。该故障诊断过程繁琐,造成生产线长时间停线,给企业造成了成本的损失,本文旨在研究D网通讯的多种故障模式,影响因素分析,以及具体解决方案。为快速锁定故障点,降低停线时间提供参考。DeviceNet is an open,low-cost,high-performance communication network developed in the mid-1990s based on CAN(Controller Area Network)technology,with valve manifolds,servo drives,etc.which are connected to the network,eliminating expensive hard-wiring costs.Direct interconnectivity improves device-to-device communication while providing important device-level diagnostics.Based on the above advantages of D-network communication,it is widely used in the automatic production line of automobile manufacturing industry,but D-network communication also has its own drawbacks,among which the most influential failure mode is communication failure,commonly known as network disconnection.The fault diagnosis process is cumbersome,causing the production line to stop for a long time and causing cost losses to the enterprise.This paper aims to study the various fault modes of D-network communication,the analysis of the influencing factors,and the specific solutions.It provides a reference for quickly locking the fault point and reducing the downtime.
